Annamaria Petrozza is a Senior Researcher at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia where she leads the Advanced Materials for Opetoelectronic group. She holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Ecole Supèrieure d’Electricité (Paris, 2003) and Politecnico di Milano (2004). In 2008 she received her PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge (UK). Till 2010 she worked as a research scientist at the Sharp Laboratories of Europe, Ltd. She was awarded the “Innovators Under 35 Italy 2014” by the MIT Technology Review for her pioneering work on perovskites. She is associate editor at “Sustainable Energy & Fuels” (RSC). Annamaria has been listed among the “Highly Cited Researcher 2018” by Clarivate Analytics.
